THREE SISTERS

We have a LOT of 1980’s houses in Evergreen, and this one got a facelift from top to bottom! The ‘orange’ wood of the trim and doors were all painted a soft off-white, while walls and ceilings got a fresh coat of soft greige. The old carpeted staircase was redone with hardwood treads and cable railings along with refinishing the hardwood floors. The small pantry/laundry room was reworked to make it pretty and efficient, along with the main floor guest bath. The piece de resistance was the conversion of the primary bedroom sitting area and bathroom into a large spa bath, where we took out all the walls, added new windows and opened it up to be a bright, beautiful and peaceful retreat for our wonderful homeowners to enjoy!
