After much deliberation, these clients finally pulled the trigger on a main floor makeover, gaining a huge ROI when they suddenly had a great opportunity to move and sell their home right after we finished! We opened up the kitchen and dining room areas to each other and were also able to add a much needed mudroom and pantry in the new space. This fresh take on an open, family friendly gathering space did wonders to improve the lighting and flow of the kitchen and dining areas. Always fun to create these types of new spaces in our older homes.
