THE RIDGE II

This 1980's Ridge home was long overdue for a refresh and facelift! The chopped-up rooms and low ceilings made everything feel dark and heavy, even though there was tons of natural light to be had by taking out walls and making window openings larger. In Phase 1, we remodeled and updated the basement to create a small kitchen & living area, as well as a good-sized guest room, bathroom and laundry room. The clients then moved into their new basement for Phase 2 while we completed the renovation of their kitchen, dining room, staircases, bathrooms, master bedroom and bath, and deck extension.
