LITTLE CUB CREEK

This 7500 sq ft home was in great shape, but needed some cosmetic updates and a bit of a re-working of the extra-large lower level. All of the interior trim and doors were upgraded to a charcoal grey for a fresher feel. All walls and ceilings were painted, smaller fireplaces were replaced, a new butcher block was installed in the kitchen, and the entire exterior was re-stained. Lastly, we fully furnished the empty home from top to bottom!
