We’re on the hunt for a Senior Interior Designer who can lead exceptional design projects from start to finish. If you’re passionate about creating magazine-worthy interiors and love working with a talented team, keep reading!

What You’ll Do:

• Take the lead on high-end residential interior design projects

• Design Management

  • Craft and present design concepts, mood boards, and space plans 

  • Source materials, furniture, and accessories to match the style and taste for the clients and their home – all while keeping an eye on the budget

  • Sketch, draft, and refine technical drawings and design specs

• Project Management 

  • Work enthusiastically and collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to problem-solve and ensure every project runs smoothly

  • Manage client expectations, budgets, and timelines with consistent communication

  • Oversee installations and final punch-lists 

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

• 5+ years of Interior Design and Project Management experience, specializing in high-end residential projects

• NCIDQ or ASID certification? Awesome, but not required

• A clear design vision with a keen eye for details, materials, and space planning

• Fast learner with a knack for mastering new design software

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to wow clients

• A big talent for sourcing fab furniture, curating custom pieces... and managing those vendor relationships

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of local building codes, construction processes, and how to make magic happen with “design opportunities” that pop up

• Not afraid of the snow and driving in it

• Dry sense of humor... and a quick wit
